Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Timelines
Delhi/NCR: 2–4 business days
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Locations: 5–9 business days depending on your pin code and courier availability

issues beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A small shipping fee may apply to low-value orders or remote delivery locations.
Returns & Exchange Policy
At NNPower, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatching every order. Due to the nature of our products and the safety of all customers, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been delivered.
Please consider the following before placing your order:
– No Return/Exchange for change of mind, wrong order placed, or delayed delivery by courier partners.
– Product once sold is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Wrong Products?
While we pack everything carefully, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue:
– Send an email to support@nnpower.in
– Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue
– We will assess the case and, if eligible, initiate a replacement or credit as a one-time exception
Please note: Claims beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before dispatch. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
